Terms and Conditions
Version: 23 July 2026
1. Provider and scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed through the online stores Dein Wackelbild and Pictale. The contracting party is O. Schulze / M. Monka GbR, represented by its partners Olaf Schulze and Martina Monka, trading as spectrum/lentiprint, Wolfener Str. 32–34, Building C, 12681 Berlin, Germany (“we”, “us”). Email: info@deinwackelbild.de.
Consumers are any natural persons acting predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. Businesses are natural or legal persons or partnerships acting in the exercise of their trade, business or profession. Mandatory consumer-protection rules remain unaffected.
2. Ordering process and conclusion of the contract
Product presentations and the real-time preview are invitations to place an order and are not binding offers. Before submitting the order, you can review and correct your entries in the shopping cart and checkout. By clicking the final button that clearly indicates an obligation to pay, you submit a binding offer.
The automatic confirmation of receipt documents that we have received the order; it does not by itself constitute acceptance. The contract is concluded when we expressly accept the order, send an order confirmation, request or receive payment, or dispatch the goods—whichever occurs first.
The order details and these Terms can be saved or printed before the order is submitted. We store the order data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. German and English are available for the ordering process and customer communication.
3. Custom products, previews and customer content
Most lenticular pictures are manufactured individually from images, text, selections and specifications supplied or approved by the customer. The customer is responsible for checking the preview, crop, spelling, order quantity, format and selected options before ordering.
Screen previews are not colour proofs. Reasonable deviations caused by displays, source-file quality, printing materials, production tolerances and the optical characteristics of lenticular products do not constitute a defect if the product otherwise has the agreed quality. Statutory rights remain unaffected where a deviation exceeds what was agreed or reasonably expected.
You confirm that you have all rights and permissions required to upload and use the supplied images, texts and other content. Content must not infringe copyrights, personality rights, trademarks or other third-party rights and must not be unlawful. You grant us the limited rights required to process the files, produce the ordered goods, provide previews and handle the order.
4. Prices and payment
The prices displayed in the store are total prices including applicable value-added tax unless the store expressly states otherwise. Shipping costs and any destination-dependent charges are shown separately before the order is submitted.
Only the payment methods offered in the checkout for the relevant destination are available. Where a payment service provider is used, its additional terms may apply. Payment is due as indicated in the checkout and order confirmation.
5. Delivery
Available delivery destinations, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown in the checkout and on the Payment & Shipping page. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless we expressly confirm a binding date. For consumers, the risk of accidental loss generally passes when the goods are delivered to the consumer or a designated recipient.
If an ordered item or material is unexpectedly unavailable, we will inform you without undue delay. Any payment already received for an undeliverable item will be refunded without undue delay.
6. Right of withdrawal and custom-made goods
Right of withdrawal for non-custom goods: Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period begins on the day on which the consumer or a third party named by the consumer, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a clear statement to O. Schulze / M. Monka GbR, spectrum/lentiprint, Wolfener Str. 32–34, Building C, 12681 Berlin, Germany, or by email to info@deinwackelbild.de, before the withdrawal period expires.
If you validly withdraw, we will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of return, whichever occurs first. You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after notifying us. You bear the direct return costs. You are responsible only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion for personalised goods: Under section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer or are clearly personalised. This normally applies to lenticular pictures manufactured from your images, text or individual specifications.
Model withdrawal form: “To O. Schulze / M. Monka GbR, spectrum/lentiprint, Wolfener Str. 32–34, Building C, 12681 Berlin, Germany, info@deinwackelbild.de: I/We hereby withdraw from the contract concluded by me/us for the purchase of the following goods: [goods]. Ordered on/received on: [date]. Name and address of consumer(s): [details]. Date and signature (only for paper notices).”
7. Defects and statutory warranty
The statutory rights in the event of defects apply. Please contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged or differs materially from the agreed specification. Reporting transport damage to the carrier helps us pursue our own claims but is not a condition of your statutory rights.
For business customers, the duties to inspect and give notice under section 377 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) apply where legally relevant.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act, and where we have expressly given a guarantee. In cases of slight negligence, we are liable for breach of an essential contractual duty; liability is then limited to the foreseeable loss typical for the contract. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
9. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
10. Consumer dispute resolution
We aim to resolve complaints directly and amicably. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer conciliation body. The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in 2025 and is therefore not linked here.
11. Applicable law
German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protection provided by the law of the country in which you usually reside. Any exclusive place-of-jurisdiction agreement applies only where legally permitted, particularly in dealings with merchants and public-law entities.
12. Contact
Questions about an order, complaint or withdrawal can be sent to info@deinwackelbild.de or to the postal address stated above.
