Production time

Personalised lenticular pictures are individually produced after we receive usable image files, your final design and, where applicable, payment. Production usually takes 1–3 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. If we need clarification or replacement files, production starts only after the issue has been resolved.

Combined envelope shipping, A6 to A4

We ship lenticular pictures and Pictale cards from A6 to A4 without Dibond mounting or a frame in a protective envelope. This includes 10 × 15, 15 × 15, 15 × 20, 18 × 24 and 20 × 20 cm formats. Multiple small formats can be ordered and shipped together. Postage, envelope and handling are charged once per order.

Parcel shipping for larger and mounted pictures

Larger formats and pictures mounted on Dibond or supplied with a frame are sent as parcels. For orders combining small and large formats, checkout calculates an applicable parcel rate based on the total order weight.

* The final bracket covers up to 31.5 kg within Germany. Germany prices include 19% VAT. EU prices include VAT applicable to the delivery address. Prices for destinations outside the EU apply to VAT-exempt exports. The applicable delivery country, enabled shipping service and final checkout price determine the charge.

The small DHL parcel rate up to 2 kg requires packaging no larger than 60 × 30 × 15 cm. A4 and larger formats require the larger parcel rate when parcel shipping is selected; combined envelope shipping up to A4 remains available separately. Parcel rates cover standard parcels up to 120 × 60 × 60 cm and a maximum girth of 300 cm. Please contact us before ordering heavier goods or items requiring different packaging.

UPS Express is available for the USA and Canada at the checkout price. We do not offer DHL standard parcel shipping for commercial deliveries to the USA. The small-format envelope flat rate is a separate shipping service. Shipping is available only to countries and regions enabled in checkout.

Transit times begin after production is completed; customs clearance may delay delivery.

Where available, we use tracked delivery. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes or handling fees may be charged by local authorities or carriers. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, such charges are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.

Payment

The payment methods currently available to you are shown in checkout. A payment method is part of the contract only if it can be selected for your order. Any provider-specific terms and privacy information displayed during payment also apply.

Personalised products and withdrawal

Most of our lenticular pictures are produced according to your individual selection or specification. The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to personal needs (section 312g(2)(1) German Civil Code). Details are provided in our Terms and Conditions.

This exclusion does not affect your statutory rights if goods are defective, damaged or differ from the agreed specification.

Damaged, incorrect or missing delivery

Please contact info@deinwackelbild.de promptly and include your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the case and provide the statutory remedy. Reporting transport damage promptly helps us pursue claims against the carrier but does not reduce your statutory consumer rights.
